Some people are experiencing a "forever loading screen" where the app will load to 100% and then start over continually.
This is happening when either loading Photofy to a new Galaxy device, or if they've uninstalled and then reinstalled Photofy to their device to clear an unrelated issue.
To clear this loading screen from your Android device:
First, try to force close Photofy.
Tap on the square button on the bottom left of your phone screen and slide up to force close Photofy.
Reopen Photofy

If force closing does not solve this issue, please take the following steps*:
Go in to your device settings,
Tap on Apps & Notifications,
Tap on Photofy,
Tap on Storage,
Clear Cache, and then Clear Storage/Data
Reboot your device and open Photofy.
*Please keep in mind that if you had any customizations (projects, custom fonts, etc) they will not come back if you've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, or switched to a new device. You will need to re-load or re-create these items.
