First things first, make sure you are on the most updated version of Photofy in your Apple store or Google Play store.
If you are tied to any subscription or enterprise accounts this is how you access through the new home screen. All accounts are in the Profile Menu.
Step 1: Make Sure You Are Signed In
First confirm that youโre signed into the Photofy app with the same account you used to upgrade to you Photofy Enterprise Brand. Tap the user icon at the top left of the app home screen.
If you are already signed in, you will see your email address at the top of the user menu.
Step 2: Access Your Enterprise Brand Account
Upon signing in, youโll typically see your personal account home screen.
To view your Enterprise brand account, tap the user icon at the top left and tap the โPersonalโ account dropdown. From there you can select your brand from the dropdown list.
