Changing your Photofy Enterprise subscription from monthly or quarterly billing to an annual plan can help you save money and helps you track your invoices or receipts much easier come tax time!
You can do this very easily in your Photofy billing portal, right from your subscription home screen!
Open your photofy app, and look below your content creation buttons for the link that says “Manage Subscription”.
Tap on that link and you’ll be taken to your billing portal!
You’ll see your Current plan listed at the top..
To change your billing plan, tap on the button labeled Update Plan.
On the next screen you will see all plans available for your enterprise subscription. Keep in mind not all plans will be available to all customers.
Tap on the plan that you’d like to switch to, and you’ll see the price appear.
Tap on the Continue button to move to the confirmation page. This page will just verify the plan you want to change to, the price, and show you the effective date of the new plan. It will also show you the amount due that day, and the credit card on file. If you also want to update your credit card information, tap on the pencil icon next to it.
Finally tap on the Confirm button to finalize the change.
This multi-step process is set up to prevent any accidental changes to your account while exploring the different plan options.
