You can access support through your mobile device, or on your computer’s web browser.
From your mobile device, tap on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen to slide out the menu. Tap on Support, and you will be taken to the Photofy Support Portal.
Here you’ll find the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.You’ll also find specific areas for some of our partner products and services as well.
You can browse through the categories or use the search feature to find specific keywords.
If we don’t have an answer for you here, you can submit a ticket to our support team, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you’d rather do this search on a computer screen, head over to support.photofy.com on your web browser. This will take you to the Photofy Support Portal as well, and show you the same categories and frequently asked questions as on your phone or tablet. Some people prefer this so they can bring up a tutorial video to watch while following along on their mobile device.
Again, you can click on Submit A Request to send a specific question over to our support team.
Please remember to fill out as much information as possible on this form! There is also a place to include any screenshots that show the error or issue that you are experiencing. More information is always better, as this will help our support team know where to begin troubleshooting your issue and hopefully provide a solution much quicker.
