If you are having trouble locating your branded assets, here are some steps to access your RE/MAX account in the mobile app or desktop editor.
Mobile App
Step 1: Make sure you are on the updated version of Photofy
Learn how to make sure you are using the most updated version of Photofy.
Step 2: Make sure you are "Signed In"
First confirm that you're signed into the Photofy app with the same account you used to upgrade to your RE/MAX + Photofy subscription.
Tap the user icon at the top left of the app home screen.
If you are already signed in, you will see your email address at the top of the user menu.
Step 3: Access Your RE/MAX Photofy Account
Upon signing in, you'll typically see your personal account home screen.
To view your RE/MAX account, tap the "Personal" account dropdown on the front. From there you can select "RE/MAX" from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Explore RE/MAX Templates, Quick Shares, and Custom Creation
You're now ready to dive into the RE/MAX universe with Photofy! Here's what you can find on the new and improved app home screen:
- Photo/Video Templates and Quick Shares
Discover new and trending video and photo templates for RE/MAX agents to customize with photos and videos. You can also find pre-made RE/MAX Quick Share posts.
Tap "View All" for each category of your screen to explore posts by category.
- Quick Access
Your RE/MAX + Photofy subscription also comes with Photo & Collage Creation, Video Creation, Projects, Logo+ and a Scheduler.
Photo & Video Creation: Unleash your creativity! Craft custom layouts, collages, and videos with RE/MAX images and stickers.
Projects: Easily access all of your saved works-in-progress or your custom designs in Projects.

Logo+: Add your favorite logos, QR codes, headshots, whatever you desire to brand your designs. You can also select to begin your creation with Photo or Video. Learn more about logo+
Scheduler: Plan your posts in advance and let the Scheduler remind you when itโs posting time.

Desktop Editor
Click here to log into the Photofy desktop portal and access the Desktop Editor.
Sign in with the same account you used to upgrade to your RE/MAX + Photofy subscription.
Open left navigation to Desktop Editor.
