If you are having trouble locating your branded assets, here are some steps to access your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices account in the mobile app or desktop editor.

Mobile App

Step 1: Make Sure You are Signed In

First confirm that you're signed into the Photofy app with the same account you used to upgrade to your Photofy + Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices subscription.

Tap the user icon at the top left of the app home screen.

If you are already signed in, you will see your email address at the top of the user menu.

Step 2: Access Your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Account

Upon signing in, you'll typically see your personal account home screen.

To view your enterprise account, tap the user icon at the top left and tap the "Personal" account dropdown. From there you can select "Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices" from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Explore Branded Templates, Quick Shares, and Graphics

You're now ready to dive into the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices universe with Photofy! Here's what you can find on the new and improved app home screen:

Templates and Quick Shares

Discover new and trending video and photo templates for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices professionals to customize with photos and videos. You can also find pre-made branded Quick Share posts.
Tap "View More" at the bottom of your screen to explore posts by category.
