To update your billing information, please log in to your Photofy account at

Click on Photofy Pro

Click on Billing

Click on the membership you'd like to manage. That will take you to your subscription details.

In the top right, click on Actions, then choose Change Payment

Some of our customers have been receiving denied, or errors when attempting to pay for subscriptions. If you receive anything like this, you may have to contact your bank, or credit card company to obtain a pre-authorization for your purchase with Photofy. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and are working to get this remedied.
