The Photofy Team apologizes for any inconveniences encountered while using the Photofy App! It seems there has been a trend that the Photofy App may experience slight difficulties if a device has too many other applications open at once. We are definitely doing everything we can to resolve this issue :) In the meantime try and close out other applications before rebooting the Photofy App. Please also make sure that your device currently has enough memory available to support Photofy and your other applications, thank you again for being a part of the Photofy family and please make sure to email email@example.com with additional questions or concerns.
